This course offers a introduction to working with Four Dimensions of Presence in therapy.  Participants will explore how these dimensions can facilitate healing and growth by integrating mindfulness and spirituality while working with Parts. Through interactive sessions, attendees will gain practical skills to apply in their professional practice, enriching their ability to support clients in their journey towards self-discovery and healing.

The course is structured to provide a deep dive into each dimension, offering insights into their application within the IFS framework.
