Evening Session
2 hour and 15 minute session

- Explore and Practice facilitating additional Four Dimension mindfulness practices in dyads and small groups.
- Technique to help therapists to bring awareness to their own subtle dysregulated states in session and identify impact on client.
- Role of facilitating therapists Presence in session for regulating client and healing clients’ attachment wounds.
Thursday July 21
2 hour + 30 minute program with 15 minute break
9:00-10:15: “I – Illuminate” ORBITS process
- Accessing and processing nuance of negative trauma induced beliefs
- Range of negative relational trauma induced beliefs.
- Assessment through Clients felt Sense and Therapists relational attunement.
- Identifying and working with attachment wounds as they emerge in session.
- Healing through felt sense juxtaposition.
- Awareness in trauma scene.
- Presence Psychotherapy techniques for healing attachment wounds and strategies.
Video: Multiple session clips demonstrating reprocessing of negative trauma induced beliefs.

- Accessing layers of sensory, procedural, semantic, and emotional implicit memory.
- Procedural Memory as an often overlooked aspect of trauma healing.

Friday July 22
2 hour and 50 minute session with 3 hour session

- Assessing resilience – over and under attributing resilience and its consequences.
- Integrating other models
- Framework for thoughtful integration
- Felt Sense
- Fight flight Freeze
- Relational Concepts of: Irrational guilt, shame, idealization, grief, generalized anxiety, hopelessness
- Relational attunement: words affect memory between the words
- Subtle often overlooked affect
- Integration and application of Presence Psychotherapy with specific populations and modalities
- “I” in ORBITS as a place for easy integration.
- “T” in ORBITS as a powerful tool to integrate into other models.

- Explain how to teach clients mindfulness-based skills in between session to regulate, and broaden identification of how they are with ORB tool.
- How to facilitate and integrate existing clients’ spirituality into trauma processing
- Termination in session and in training: Use of Four Dimensions of Presence in termination.
