Presence Psychotherapy Group is a great way to learn tools that you will have for the rest of your life. Through presentations and guided practice, you will learn cutting edge psychological techniques you can use with yourself.
The format includes group discussion, guided visualization so you can privately practice the technique, and advanced Tibetan mindfulness practices made simple to help you experience blissful open-heartedness. You will experience greater psychological understanding of the mind, relationship and perception. At the end of the six weeks in this supportive group, you will have a powerful toolbox to help you with frustration, uncertainty, relationship issues and personal struggles.
