Presence Psychotherapy Group is an effective way to quickly learn evidenced-based psychological techniques and powerful mindfulness skills to help you in your day to day life. These skills and practices help with intense emotions, difficult thoughts and relationship issues. Experience well-being through this self-therapy.

Presence Psychotherapy runs for six weeks and is offered virtually.

Tuesdays: 11:00-12:30.
Fee: Sliding Scale: 50-125/week
Finances during Covid are tight for many. Please don't hesitate to use the sliding scale.
